Alliance Bank of Arizona is actively involved with non-profit organizations in the Greater Phoenix, Tucson, Sedona and Flagstaff communities. Alliance Bank management and employees serve in many of these organizations as board or committee members. The bank also lends support in other ways to many other Arizona nonprofits.

Community Alliance Checking Account: A business checking account with no monthly service charge and unlimited transactions designed exclusively for non-profit organizations.
Community Alliance NOW Account: Interest earning checking account exclusively for non-profit organizations with an interest rate 0.25% higher than the posted interest rate for Business NOW accounts2.
Community Alliance Money Market Account: Higher yield money market exclusively for non-profit organizations.
Community Alliance Analysis Account: Analysis account with waivers on monthly maintenance fees, FDIC Insurance, deposited items, credits, debits, checks, and received ACH debits and credits; earnings credit on the average monthly collected balance used to offset all other fees3.

Alliance Bank's Individual Development Account (IDA) is a savings account for qualified individuals sponsored by participating non-profit organizations to assist in the purchase of a home, business or to finance post-secondary education. The IDA account is a no fee account and funds are typically matched by the participating non-profit organization.
Alliance Bank of Arizona is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco which allows the bank to have access to the Federal Home Loan Bank community investment grant programs. Alliance Bank has partnered with non-profits and the FHLB to provide grant funds to provide down payment assistance for low-to-moderate income families. Our Community Lending efforts assist for-profit and not-for-profit developers of multifamily affordable housing. Through competitively priced products such as our construction-to-permanent loan product and letter of credit enhancement products, Community Lending helps to ensure that developers have a vehicle to produce affordable rental housing with sustained long-term affordability in and throughout the neighborhoods and communities where we do business.
