  James H. Lundy

  Chief Executive Officer

  James H. Lundy is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Bank of Arizona, which opened for business in 2003 in Phoenix and Tucson.

  An Arizona banking veteran, Lundy has more than 20 years of experience including eight years with United Bank of Arizona (successor owner - Citibank) and 11 years with National Bank of Arizona. He served as Vice Chairman and was on the board of National Bank of Arizona until June 2002.

  Lundy is a graduate of the University of Arizona in 1971 and also received a J.D. with Distinction from the University of Arizona, College of Law in 1974. Lundy served as a Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General Corp with the U.S. Navy for three years. Prior to his banking career, he practiced law in Flagstaff with the firm of Magnum, Wall, Stoops and Warden.

  An active member of the Phoenix community, Lundy currently serves as Chair of the Arizona Chapter of Teach for America and on the Board of The Phoenix Art Museum. He is secretary of the City of Phoenix Civic Improvement Corporation and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Hon Kachina Council. He has been an active member of Robert Morris Associates and previously served on the Phoenix Local Development Corporation Board. He and his wife, Dr. Michele Lundy, have four children and make their home in Central Phoenix.
