MOST VALUABLE PROFESSIONAL (MVP) PROGRAM
Employees who go above and beyond the call of duty are recognized on a monthly basis through Alliance Bank of Arizona’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Program. Customers may nominate employees by filling out nomination forms available in the lobby of each branch. Employees may nominate other employees by completing the employee version of the form.
The bank’s Human Resource Committee reviews all the nomination forms each month and chooses one employee for the monthly award. Each MVP winner becomes eligible for the MVP of the Year Award.
Each monthly MVP winner receives:
- $50 Gift Card for dinner
- $20 Gift Card to Harkins Movie Theaters
- $10 Gift Card to Cold Stone Creamery
- Eligibility for the MVP of the Year Award
Most Valuable Professional of the Year Award winner receives:
- $500 Gift Card for travel, shopping, entertainment, golf or spa treatment
- Recognition by CEO Jim Lundy and in company newsletter
