Alliance Bank of Arizona President and CEO Jim Lundy announced this week that Cynthia Roney and Shirley Laughlin have joined the bank as Vice Presidents at the bank's Tucson Swan office.

Roney joins Alliance Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending with more than 34 years of banking experience, most recently, with National Bank of Arizona, as the Manager of Franchise & Specialty Lending. She also served as Regional Credit Manager. Roney is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA) and the American Institute of Banking. She has also served as a member of Executive Women International (EWI) and has been involved with the National Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association (RSDSA) since 1995.
Laughlin joins Alliance Bank as Vice President of Professional and Executive Banking with more than 27 years of banking experience, also most recently, with National Bank of Arizona, as Vice President and Corporate Services Sales Officer in the Commercial Lending Department. A resident of Tucson, Laughlin has been an active member and volunteer for various organizations such as the Arthritis Foundation, the American Heart Association and the United Way Days of Caring.
