Miller/Russell & Associates, Inc.

Phoenix-based Miller/Russell was founded in 1991 and has grown to become one of the largest registered investment advisory and wealth management firms in the southwestern U.S. They tailor solutions for precise needs with state-of-the-art technology tools, solid analytics and process discipline. Dennis H. Miller

Investment Counselor

Dennis Miller is the founder and President of Miller/Russell. He provides investment advisory services to individual and corporate investors, foundations, endowments, and qualified plans. He also serves as Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee. Dennis was recently recognized as one of the country’s Top 100 Independent Financial Advisers for 2007 by Barron’s.

Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and a Graduate Certificate from the Pacific Coast School of Banking. Prior to founding Miller/Russell in 1991, Dennis worked in the commercial banking industry, most recently as Executive Vice President for Citibank of Arizona, where he managed the corporate banking function. He also acts as Managing Director of the Wealth Management Division of Western Alliance Bancorporation (WAL), where he oversees the advisory and trust functions. Dennis serves on the Board of Directors of Alliance Bank of Arizona, Premier Trust, Shine Investment Advisory Services, Inc. and the Arizona Science Center.

Premier Trust

Premier Trust provides wealth management services including trust administration of personal and retirement accounts, estate and financial planning, custody and investment services. Working in combination with a clients other legal and professional advisors, Premier Trust professionals assist with every aspect of planning, including retirement, income and estate taxes, succession of the family business, transferring assets to future generations and asset protection.

Trust administration is managed by professionals experienced in executing their fiduciary responsibilities with the highest levels of professionalism and personal attention. As an independent third party we adhere to the mandate to carry out the wishes of the individuals and/or employees who created the trust. With that in mind, our knowledgeable staff thoughtfully determines the appropriate risk characteristics for each portfolio and regularly monitors, reviews and adjusts each to ensure maximum benefit. Investments are managed within the requirements of the prudent investor rule.
